I bought another pair of headphones a week ago, and had to return them because, although they were by a very reputable brand name, they were totally the wrong shape for my head and kept slipping off. In addition, there was a very audible background hissing which proved rather annoying, especially as I listen to a fair amount of minimal techno. I was therefore rather dubious about investing in another pair, but I must say I am extremely pleased with the Philips SHC8545 headphones.
