They have a contoured neckband so they feel really secure even during vigorous exercise (not that I'll be doing a great deal of that...) and certainly don't bounce around when I run. They sit comfortable around my head, are flexible for different sizes and are really easy to wear. I bought this philips headphones recently after purchasing my new iPod shuffle (see my review). I have decided I need to make more of a commitment to regularly exercising and as I enjoy running anyway (and it's free!) I'd thought I start making myself go running. I bought the iPod shuffle for this very purpose and found that the apple headphones are great for exercising as they fall out of my ears. I had a look at the philips headphones and decided these looked like the best fit for me in terms of design and price.
