Headphones are something that I use on a daily basis. Sometimes I want to be in the same room as my husband and yet listen to something different to him, sometimes I want to listen to music on the way too or from work, sometimes I just want the option to shut out external noise. In the past I have used Apple headphones and JVC Gumy headphones with fairly good results, however, I developed some ear problems of late and found that I wanted an in-ear headphone that was comfortable and styled slightly differently to the Gumy ones I had been using. Sennheiser are a brand that I have come to know and trust in recent years ever since I got my first MP3 player and so I had no qualms about buying from this brand. I have a few Sennheiser items in my home now and have come to trust that their products are quality and can be relied on to work properly too.

This ear phones are very simple to fit. They are in-ear headphones and they fit in my ears nicely. I find that there is a lot of noise cancellation when using these and I can basically not hear anything at all apart from the music when I am using these.

I have found it takes just seconds to fit them and the sound quality is fantastic. Regardless of what I am listening too I really feel like I get the full effect of the notes, tones and different instruments in a piece of music. If there are backing singers it really works effectively too and everyone stands out and yet the music comes together wonderfully. When I am walking to work, even with just one headphone in, I can hear no noise out of that ear and so the music that I am listening too is not spoilt by cars or external noise.

I particularly like using these when I am at home with my husband. Sometimes we want to cuddle up together on the sofa but we do not want to be listening to the same shows or games on our computers so he will play on his Xbox and I will use these with my laptop. He has to tap me if he wants my attention because I cannot hear a word that he is saying - that is how good these headphones are!

I really feel like I get the full effect of a song or piece of music when using these headphones. The sound is crystal clear and I have no problems with distortion or not being able to identify song lyrics now. The bass that is achieved with these headphones is so strong and clear that I rarely turn the volume up even half way when using these with my iPod.

These headphones aren't really anything special to look at. They are grey and black and each ear is marked with an L or an R to indicated which ear the headphone is for, this is a nifty feature that I use and I must say that these headphones are very comfortable. I do not feel like these are still in my ear ages after removing them and this is a problem that I have had with other headphones in the past. They are a comfortable size and there is a reasonable amount of length so that I can put my iPod in any pocket and still have plenty of room to have my earphones in, also, the length between the two ear phones is reasonable so I can tuck one in to my shirt if I am walking to work and don't want to get distracted and not hear the traffic!

In all I would say that these are great headphones. The size is good, they fit in my ears comfortably, they are long enough to use however I am sitting/standing, they provide good quality music to my ears and in all I'm chuffed with them! The price is very reasonable too and in all these headphones get a whopping 5/5 from me!
