Advantages: comfortable to wear, great sound quality, noise reduction
Disadvantages: mine did break after exposure to sand on holiday
I was given these headphones for Christmas, and I really loved them. That was until they recently broke...more on that later!
For starters, these headphones fitted my ear really comfortably, and didn't keep falling out like some other headphones have. I could keep wearing them for long periods without feeling any irritation in my ear. I listen to music constantly and so having something that I wouldn't notice I was wearing was important to me.
The sound quality is excellent, and I also found that when they were on I was able to hear music really well in spite of background noise, e.g. traffic, trains, planes.
As their description says, they are 'bass-driven', and so the bass in any music is pronounced. For me this was an asset as I often turn the bass level up on my speakers anyway, but for those who prefer to have lower levels of bass this might be a deterrent.
So as I said, these headphones are now broken, and I think this was because I may have got some sand into one of the earpieces while on sunbathing on holiday - it suddenly stopped working. So my one warning is to be careful with these, it's very frustrating when they break!
Summary: They produce great sounding music on the move.
