Brilliant sounding head phones (Sennheiser CX 500)
Member Name: featus
Advantages: Depth and clarity of sound range, bass, sleak design Disadvantages: Will not stay in place when on the move I brought these to go with a new iPod nano. I wanted a system that would give me a comfortable fit and depth of sound whilst on the go. I brought the CX500 eco's, these come in a lovely cardboard packaging, a good bit of drama to show off how good these sleek little head phones look. A great glossy black finish with a decent lenght of wiring. They come with three sets of ear bud sizes, to allow a 'custom' fit. Unfortunately this is not the case with me. They are indeed very comfortable but they simply do not stay put, no matter how I have tried to fit them!!! So sit still I shall. Once sat, the sound quality is a world appart from other ear phones I have used. A huge frequency range is possible with a depth and clarity to all. The bass is very powerful, perfect for any dance or rock. It's great to be able to hear any nuances that would otherwise be masked until you cranked up a very good quality set of speakers. Summary: Brilliant sound but does not tick my boxes for using on the go, surely that's the whole point?
