The first thing most people do when they buy an i-pod or any other mp3 player, is ditch the standard headphones that come with them, because lets face it, they're rubbish. There is a vast sea of brands and styles of headphones to choose from, so you'd be forgiven if you got a bit confused. It took me a while to decide, i nearly went ... Read the complete review

I have been searching vigorously for headphones to replace the default iPod ones which crackle with too much bass, leak sound like speakers and have zero noise-isolating abilities. Sennheiser is a very respected brand which is attractive and they were my first search. The cable is symmetrical, i.e. you don't have to wrap a longer one ... Read the complete review

After several recommendations I decided to ditch the apple iPod headphones and purchase some Sennheiser cx500s (The white ones) and boy am I glad I did! ======Product Quality====== I found the headphones to be of very good quality and to be fairly robust, I have had them for nearly a year now and have not had any faults with ... I bought this on amazon to replace my rubbish mp3's earphone. It come in a well packaged case and two set of earbuds. The sounds from them are impresive and they do cancel out background noises, not all though. This is really a good buy for me as i travel a lot using the buses and trains. There are people who just talk annoyingly on their phone or ... Read the complete review

I bought these in-earphones as a replacement for my CX400s which had an unfortunate incident with a vacuum cleaner! The Sennheiser CX500s come with a carry case, clip, Two complete sets of earbuds. Sound-wise, there is very little if any difference between the CX500 and the CX400, the only additional feature is the volume ... Read the complete review

I am coming to realise that iPod/MP3 player earphones take quite a beating indeed. I have owned a number of pairs of said earphones over the past two or three years, and inevitably, eventually they break down (normally the wires get frayed or something, and so you receive audio out of only one ear). The durability of the earphones is compromised ... Read the complete review

I brought these to go with a new iPod nano. I wanted a system that would give me a comfortable fit and depth of sound whilst on the go. I brought the CX500 eco's, these come in a lovely cardboard packaging, a good bit of drama to show off how good these sleek little head phones look. A great glossy black finish with a decent lenght of wiring. ... Read the complete review

Now you want some base, HERE'S SOME BASE! I actually won these earphones from Sennheiser and was utterly astounded at the sound quality. The first thing is the ergonomic design which means they fit into your ears perfectly and no matter whether you've got big jugs or small teaspoons the supplied ear buds provide plenty of sizes to suit every ... This Sennheiser CX 500 is a fantastic product. I used to have the CX 300, but they broke after 6 months (the infamous cable problem). The CX500 sounds even purer at high tones, stronger in the mid-range and a great bass. I use it on the Ipod touch. I really love the sound that comes from the Ipod. I think it is a very good combination: the ... Read the complete review

Well where I start! these headphones I bought from Amazon around a 7 months ago - I had bought them for around 40 pounds for my creative Zen 8gb (as to which I have also written a review on!) First impressions of the box were, how do I get the headphones out? Because it was one of those packages where you have to use the scissors to ... Read the complete review

I have had these for about 6 weeks now and have to say they are nearly comparable with the bose I have. They definatly do take away most outside noise, they seem to block what could come out too so if your music is they type you dont want others to hear- buy these! they work! They also come with a really neat little ... Read the complete review
