I was a bit wary at first when I saw the price of these headphones as they are substantially cheaper than many of the headphones I had looked at previously. However, as soon as they arrived and I put them on I was blown away by the comfortable cushioning around the ear and the sound quality.
After having played around with them for a few minutes I decided to see what they could actually do. I first played a dubstep orientated song to test the bass and again, was blown away by the quality. the bass felt deep and rich and was absolutely amazing to listen to. I then played some acoustic guitar based songs to see how it handled softer, more natural music and it was incredible. Every note is sharp and clear with no distortion or any background noise disturbing the quality.
The headphones themselves are very comfortable to wear and sit nicely over the ears or around the back of the neck when not being used. The only downsize is the size of the headphones, although this is not isolated to this specific brand as most headphones have this problem, and sometimes they can feel bulky and uncomfortable around the neck.
Another small niggling problem I have found is the volume of the headphones. Even with my volume cranked right up on my ipod the music doesn't feel quite as if it is actually full volume. Also, the actual wire from the headphones to the jack is almost unnecessarily long, almost 3 meters. This however is forgivable for the quality of the headphones and the fact that the price is half of what the other 'cheap' headphones are selling for.
Do not write off these headphones because of the price. They look great, they feel great and they sound great. Even music snobs will be impressed by these.
