When they arrived, I was out the same day, jogging with them. They come supplied with three different sized attachments for different sized ears. The medium sized ones were perfect for me. They are a little fiddly to put on (until you get used to them). I was dubious about buying a set of earphones just for sport use, so I headed out on a run/walk with my iPod in toe. What a nightmare, every time I jogged the Apple earphones fell out. I had the cord tucked inside my jacket and it kept pulling, so I gave up and finished my session with no sound and just left the earbuds dangling.
