Advantages: Affordable, lightweight, good sound quality.

Disadvantages: Unreliable wiring, speakers pack up.

These are a top-notch set of headphones, with fantastic sound quality for a portable, reasonably affordable pair, particularly bass sound reproduction, in both home and MP3-player use. The fact that they fold away neatly, and you can wrap the cord around them also prevents annoying tangles that you get with earphones! Generally the good music quality that you'd expect from Sennheiser, and certainly better than some of their more expensive pairs. They're also light -weight and comfortable.
However, my first pair packed up within about six months due to the wire wriggling loose (first one speaker went, and the other literally house afterward), which wasn't ideal, and my replacement pair have shown signs of faulty connections too, so to really guarantee them lasting a little longer, I'd recommend wrapping a bit of duct tape around the sensitive jack socket, and being careful not to sit on them or anything like that!

Summary: Worth buying, but keep your guarantee!
