It so happens that I contribute and review videos for Metacafe on regular basis. I used to do this under the same user name but unfortunately that account has been deleted for SPAMMING, of all things. It's not that I don't know how to Spam but I am also aware of 'n' number of reasons why one shouldn't take to the practice of spamming. I strongly believe that there is no sane reason for taking to spamming but it's also an established fact that certain activities does have similarity to it. For instance if you send a little too big email to say google or yahoo it is highly likely it will land up in the Spam folder. Yahoo unspams it automatically and at google it has to be unspammed (not spam). The reseaon for this small reference is that I was sent a video clip on Skullcady earbuds for review and I really liked that stuff. I was so very impressed by its sheer beauty, acquirement of a Skullcandy Full Metal Jacket became irresistible since it's, to my mind it's pricey but just that much.

Basically Skullcandy products are designed at Park City, Utah, their main range of products include MP3 headphones, earplugs, CD players, extension chords, backpacks and helmets for bike freaks with earplugs.

Most of their headphones and earplugs uses excellent technology to shut off external noise and kill disturbances from outside while being used. It is to their credit that their noise concealing technology works without much fuss.

Their products are coming to be known for superior functionality and progressive style, creating a wonderful bridge between technology and lifestyle.I think it will be worthwhile to peep through the technical specifications of Skullcandy earbuds:

A cursory look will hardly give you any indication of the quality of sound that it is capable of. Before going further I must say that its performance throughout the audio spectrum is nothing less than exceptional. The bass really booms and the higher frequencies does not hurry you to reduce the volume.The first thing that is impressive is the packaging of Skullcandy. The Full Metac Jacket 11mm speaker Earbuds is packed sea-through and it is available in six beautiful colors to match your player and aesthetic inclination. It is conveniently supplied with 9mm and 11mm speakers.

Skullcandy Metac Jacket is fully loaded with FMJ being equipped with a custom EVA carrying case and ear gel sleeves of three sizes with a choice of either 9mm or 11mm speakers. It includes In-line Volume Control, Extra Ear Gels, 1.4m cable, EVA travel case and of course the Warranty which has some thing very unique and I will touch on it later. The three different Ear Gel Sleeves, with super smooth edges, to serve most peoples' requirement as much as possible is definitely a novelty. The noise reduction sleeves are so soft that it feels like cotton being stuffed in and very comfortable. One big minus point is that they are definitely prone to become dirty with time. It is of course commendable that Skullcandy has been able to make these earbuds just that tiny independent of the size of the speaker.

Another excellent feature of the Skullcandy Full Metac Jacket choice of TPE cable type giving enormous advantage in flexibility and resistance in the most demanding applications which just does not get tangled up.

The silver paint of the Skullcandy works well with all the available colors range. Built with a 3.5m headphone jack the Skullcandy Full Metac Jacket can hooked into a whole range of audio devices.

The impedance levels produced by these head set are just 16 ohms, and a frequency range of 16-20Hz and this is reason for its excellent coverage of the audio spectrum.

It's not useful while on the move, it tends to fall off and specially in during a bumpy ride there might be something moving inside your ear. Another point of concern is the extensive use of metal, they can give you real shock when the weather is too cold or too hot.

The warranty promised is excellent and the specialty I mentioned in the beging is, I quote "If the product is damaged from sliding down the emergency ramp of your aircraft, slammed in your locker, slammed in your car door, run over by a car, running into a wall or any other damaging events Skullcandy will replace the product for a 50% discount from retail" So far so good but my experience is the execution of the Warranty is really sloppy, may be mine was an exceptional case.

But at £54 it might sound costly but it's worth every penny. I am enjoying it. But I had problems with its availability.
