I was given a pair of Skull Candy earphones for my birthday from my best friend as I had gone through 2 pairs of earphones for my iPod. She had bought me a pair that were completely white apart from little bits of pink of the bud part of the earphone. I was pretty pleased as the pink matched my iPod. And they looked nice and girly too.

When I put these earphones into my iPod, I was absolutely flabbergasted - these made Apple's headphones sound absolutely rubbish! All of sudden I could hear little details in the music that I was missing before. The base was suddenly clearer and louder. I was having a better personal music experience than ever before.

The sound quality really is excellent through these earphones. Some earphones sound really tin like and crackle at high volumes (Apple - I am still looking at you!) but even the loudest my iPod can go is no trouble for these earphones. Another thing with these earphones is that not only do they block out all outside noise so you can only hear your music (though it is a little bit dangerous when walking along so I do suggest turning them down so that you can be aware and hear your surroundings) they also keep all the noise in your ear. I have had these earphones cranked up at full volume and my husband has said he cannot hear a thing sitting beside me.

The ear buds fit into your ear really well and in the packaging they come with they have 3 sets of different sized rubber buds so that you can get the perfect fit. There is nothing worse than having an uncomfortable ear bud and not being able to do anything about it.
