 ... button being pressed. It also broke on every pair of these I had. I can no longer keep the chord out (it always wants to retract even though the button is clearly not pressed). I can get the cable to stay, but only after playing with the cable for a good minute. Even then, the cable has been known to retract on it's own from time to time, despite the fact that it seemed "locked" This lead to the cable being taught at times, which in turn produced a short in said cable. While they're very comfortable and the sound quality is good, I've already gone through 3 pairs of these (Warranty only keeps you going so long...). The retractable chord button is quite touchy from the get go, and is easily snagged. The chord sometimes retracts on it's own without the button being pressed. It also broke on every pair of these I had. I can no longer keep the chord out (it always wants to retract even though the button is clearly not pressed).
