To the detriment of appreciating my surroundings, I'm one of those girls who is always slipping in her earphones. I've listened to music everywhere I go since I was in high school - and sadly, that's thirteen years ago now. I used to walk around with a hulky bulky Walkman in my pocket, and I'm grateful these days that technology has moved on to allow me an MP3 player which weighs less than 100g - big improvement! As someone who listens to music so consistently (I'm listening to a few tunes now!), I need decent earphones. The white standard earphones that come with Apple products are of average quality, and I don't really feel comfortable using them. I always ... Read the complete review

I bought these to use with my mp3 player to replace the ones that came as standard. I chose them as cheap and cheerful headphones that weren't so dreadful that even my untrained ears would object. What I got was a pair of headphones that are probably not far in quality from some of Sony's much higher priced headphones. Sure, they're not stunningly comfy and do feel a little awkward after a while but they do the job well and they're not bad to the point of being painful. The sound quality is fine for what they are and what they cost (£6 from the Sony shop, probably cheaper elsewhere). The build quality is as good as always from Sony and they have survived ... I am always breaking my headphones, my most recent purchase was this pair of Sony earphones. I bought them because they looked the part and also because they were under the £10. I don't like to spend more than £10 on a pair of earphones as I usually stand on them, throw them in the washing machine or just lose them on my way. Are They Comfortable? I liked these earphones because they fit in your ear, however they do not intrude into my ear too much like the earbud style ones. I found that these earphones are very comfortable to wear, I would wear them for about 2-4 hours a day in work, and have never got sore ears from them. There is a good long ... Whilst watching the new series of Top Gear, I thought to myself it was time to write a new review...so low-and-behold, I've gone for the completely unobvious and not reviewed Top Gear, but a pair of headphones I've recently had to purchase to replace my beloved iPod ones that have perished through years of loyal service. Now, how on earth do you realistically review headphones, just basic portable headphones for an mp3 player, which can even stretch over the 150 word limit for a Premium Review, let alone push past several hundred words? Well, lets find out... They came in the seemingly mandatory plastic packaging along with a cardboard backing which ... Read the complete review

I've had many different earphones in the past. Some that came provided with the product I had bought and died on me not long after, and others that have just fallen apart due to getting tangled up too often and pulled around. I've bought 2 pairs of these earphones and find them the best. Sure, there may be other better quality, more expensive and more recommended ones. But for me, these do the trick. They have great sound quality with my mp3 player and I never have to hold onto the earphones to listen to the sound more clearly like I have done with other earphones. The earphones were comfortable and also sat in my ear well without ever falling out. They came ... Read the complete review
