the first time i saw these i thought what the hell have sony done! They look like a mini set of speakers! anyway apart from my first reaction these speakers are really good.
As you can see they are not the freindliest looking headphones but for under £10 and needing a pair of emergency headphones (thanks to my ipod headphones cracking again!) i thought i'd give them a go until i got paid and buy a more expensive pair.
Well i can tell you pay day came and went and i still have this earphones, the sound quality is typical of sony, crisp clear and always a generous amount of base on it too. i guess i have to credit the mini speakers as they are still going strong for me nearly a year now and it must be due to the way they have been built. They dont feel flimsy at all. granted they are the the most comfortable is the world but your ears will soon get used to them.
From looking through DooYoo tou can purchase them for about £7 in amazon which is a great price if your not looking to pay over the odds for a pair of headphones. and to be honest i dont see why you should, these do a good as job as the higher priced ones
The Sony MDR E11LP headphones are very much a budget purchase. They do not break the bank at £10, unlike other similar headphones that cost upwards of £30. The thing is, there is not much point in shelling out an over the top price for a product that is just as good to these headphones.
The sound quality is verey good. I bought them after my Ipod headphones broke (after 6 months...). I really didnt expect there to be a difference in sound quality. People always say that the ipod ones sound tinny, which I never really understood, but when i got these, the difference was actually noticeable.
I've had them for over a year and a half now, and they are still working just aswell as new, which is testament to the build quality.
There is one thing, which was that they seemed a bit odd around the ear, you can see that it's a bit of an odd shape, but I got uesed to it very quickly, and it's not as if they fall out or anything.
Overall, a very good pair of headphones!
