The cable is around 1 meter long, good for clipping your MP3/ipod to your waist/keeping in your shoulder bag, but not so good for any longer then that, so no arm bags, no rowing machines at the gym and if you are on the tredmill, you really cant go that far away from the top of the machine.

I like these! they are affordable and aailable in many places. Its the shape that makes them superior in my mind, they are tapered at the part that sits into in your ear, and the speakers are also tapered towards this same end. This as a result makes it harder for music to leak out, AND gives a better sound. Bass included.
