Advantages: reasonable price, good quality sound

Disadvantages: slightly firm ear pads

I purchased a pair of these headphones from a high street electrical store for use on my computer at work. I must say that I wasn't going for a "top of the range" audio experience, mostly because the environment around me, and the quality of audio reproduction equipment I am using (a CD ROM drive) don't lend themselves to acoustic prestige. These things considered, the MDR-V150 seemed a reasonable choice.

I have been very pleased with the results.

There is a good balance of bass and treble and for around £15 I can't really fault them. The headphones also have a nice length of lead (around 1.5m) which is useful because the headphone socket is on the back of my computer so I instantly lose about half a metre.

They also come with a mini - standard Jack Plug converter.
