Plantronics CS 60 ... This is a very good wireless headset. Reception is crisp and clear from 15m away in an open-plan office. - The sound is of a good quality both in terms of what is being played through the ear and the microphone. - The headset is set up with a speaker on only one side, leaving the other free to hear the office environment. Will work well for many unless in a noisy office. - All the communication equipment is housed on the microphone boom, but it does not feel unbalanced as it is light and the headset provides a firm grip. - The earpiece is very comfortable, with a soft foam ring under the cover. - The volume control is small and at the rear of the boom. For the longest time I coped by just holding the telephone receiver between neck and cheek, trying not to drop it with an all mighty clonk on the desk when it slips, scaring the person on at the other end. Plantronics Supraplus Digital D261N ... Great product from Plantronic... These are good for people who dont want to Opt for the headset where u hear from just the one ear, The sound Quality is good too. I have played music through these using "on the hold player" as you cant plug them into a normal cd player socket. The headset comes with a sep wire that u plug into the phone where the handset is then on the other end is a flat kind of attachment which has a "snap" design incase you get up and walk it wont cause damage to the headset or the wires.
