Plantronics DuoSet CHS142P-4AR1H/A ... couldn t do without my Plantronics headset - it is light weight and has a very clear sound reproduction, even though it is monaural. It is really comfortable to wear and by using it I can have both my hand free to make notes and even to work on the computer while talking, This means that I can access information quickly while the conversation is uninterrupted. There is even a mute switch which is very useful during multiple phone casts. I have also found this very useful with some longwinded talkers who don t expect more than the occasional yes or no as it allows me to get on with other things like having a bath etc. (Hope that none of them read this review and get... Plantronics C351N ... is an amazing headset, it fits around one ear and the other side is simply a clips which you can tuck away under your hair if you have long hair. It is really comfortable to wear, i have been working in a call centre wearing these all day for 12 hour shifts and have not hurt me or made me feel uncomfortable. The sound quality is really good, just the same as talking on the phone without being wireless. There is no compromise on this, everything is simply amazing. The design and colour of the unit will fit with any regular phone you may use at home. You can use this at home, or as i do use it at a callcentre.
