Plantronics .Audio 645 USB

I actually use the Plantronics headset at my workplace (I work for a major telecoms provider) with an Avaya phone and the sound quality from this headset is above and beyond any cheap headset I have ever used. The earpiece is very soft, comfortable to use and easy to keep clean. It is easy to hear clients and never crackles or pips which is good as a poor headset can affect your aural health. The mic is great quality and very sensitive which is good for conference calls which I regularly make and take.
