This is an amazing headset, it fits around one ear and the other side is simply a clips which you can tuck away under your hair if you have long hair. It is really comfortable to wear, i have been working in a call centre wearing these all day for 12 hour shifts and have not hurt me or made me feel uncomfortable. The sound quality is really good, just the same as talking on the phone without being wireless. There is no compromise on this, everything is simply amazing.
