Brilliant Headset,

We Sell many of plantronic headsets at work with been a Telecommications company and this is one of them. Many of our customers ring up saying how good these are. We also use these in our company.

The sound quality are brilliant, At the top of the wireless headset you will find a up and down circle that you can adjust the volume with and if you press the circle in you will hear a bleep in your ear and this tells you that the call has been muted.

With this you get a Handset Lifter which once you press the button, lifts the handset and answers the call. At the back of the Lifter you can find a Height ajuster too that lets you ajust how high the lifter lifts the headset during a call (Setting as low as possible is best as too high can cause strain on the arm & cause it to terminate the call)

You may find that this product picks alot of noise up in the background and this causes the headset to bleep as it would if your phone was to ringing.

I find also that if you have multiple headsets sometimes they tend to run on the same channel and when a colleauge hangs up the phone it hangs yours up too. They run on a Freq 99.5mhz uptoo 102mhz so sometimes if two headsets are in the same band, thats when this happens ;)
