Plantronics DuoSet CHS142P-4AR1H/A

I couldn't do without my Plantronics headset - it is light weight and has a very clear sound reproduction, even though it is monaural. It is really comfortable to wear and by using it I can have both my hand free to make notes and even to work on the computer while talking, This means that I can access information quickly while the conversation is uninterrupted. There is even a mute switch which is very useful during multiple phone casts.
