Advantages: easy to put on - handy mute switch

I couldn't do without my Plantronics headset - it is light weight and has a very clear sound reproduction, even though it is monaural. It is really comfortable to wear and by using it I can have both my hand free to make notes and even to work on the computer while talking, This means that I can access information quickly while the conversation is uninterrupted. There is even a mute switch which is very useful during multiple phone casts. I have also found this very useful with some longwinded talkers who don't expect more than the occasional 'yes' or 'no' as it allows me to get on with other things like having a bath etc. (Hope that none of them read this review and get suspicious!) I have tried other headsets and found them very heavy, and the stereo ones are very cumbersome and hot to wear for a conversation of any length so are unnecessary in my opinion.
