... Some of my coworkers have complaints that the binaural design still does not deafen the environmental noise enough for their comfort. I find it is comfortable to wear, easy to adjust, and seems to be well-made from quality materials. It can be worn with the mouthpiece on either side. Mine included 2 year warranty. It is my favorite of 3 styles I have used, the others being monaural or less comfortable design. The only one I have like better is a monaural wireless which was just a little more balanced to wear....more

I use the Plantronics SupraPlus H261 headset in a call center/ hotline environment. The headset is light, sound quality good (though not perfect). Some of my coworkers have complaints that the binaural design still does not deafen the environmental noise enough for their comfort.
