I bought the Sony HBH-610 a few years ago to use with both my phone and my Playstation 3 console and was won over by the design when compared to the other options available at the time.
It has a lovely sleek, simple and lightweight design and it even comes with a couple of extra clip on facias so you can change the colour of the lower section. In the box there is also a charging unit which has a standard Sony fitting on the end so it is handy as a spare if you have a Sony Ericsson phone.
Pairing the unit up with my phone (also a Sony Ericsson) proved a bit of a chore with it not being found by the handset, but that said it was the first time I had ever tried a hands-free set up so it could well have been me going about it the wrong way. In contrast, linking it to the PS3 was a doddle and I had it up and running in no time.
Sound quality is excellent with great clarity and it maintains a solid signal connection with both phone and console so conversations come through sounding vibrant and with no cutting out.
I'm still using it but am currently looking for a replacement because of the one downside, it is incredibly uncomfortable to wear for any length of time. Now I'm not one of those people who walk down the street with a bluetooth headset in my ear so when using my phone it only gets worn for a few minutes at a time. But online gaming on the PS3 it does need regular swapping from one ear to the other (easy thanks to the hooked section swinging round to allow left or right ear configuration). I may have funny shaped ears or they may just be too big for this headset so I would suggest you try before you buy.
If it fits your ears comfortably then I would highly recommend this headset.
