      Very helpful

      5 stars

Looking for some new ear phones that I could use while running the amount on the market absolutely terrified me, I just didn't know where to begin, so when I found these and they were nearly half price and sounded pretty decent, I decided to give them a try. With an RRP of £39.99, I was chuffed to pay just £19. I will say that I'm not a massive listener of music through earphones, unless I'm working out so this review is in relation to usage while working out.

I had initially bought the earphones to listen with an iPod but with a built in microphone and controls you can easily change between listening to music and taking a call so I actually tranferred a lot of my music on to my phone and now run with my phone, It's actually making me feel safer too as I am now taking my phone out with me which I didn't ever do when going for a run before I bought these particular ear phones. Using a 3.5mm jack, you can use these earphones with Blackberry or iPhones and any iPod. You can answer and end a call without even taking your phone out of your pocket which is so handy (excuse the pun!).

      Style and extras
The earphones look really sleek and stylish and are unisex too being orange and grey. They are comfortable to wear which 99% of earphones aren't (for me anyway!) and the shapeable ear lobes mean you can shape them to fit you. The materials that have been used are sweat resistant so they won't feel horrible on the ear when you are working out. I always struggle to find earphones that fit me right and with this set you get 5 sets of cushions ranging from extra extra small to large so they are guaranteed to fit anyone who buys them. It does seem a bit of a waste however, as once you have found the size right for you, the others won't get used at all and you aren't left with any spares that would fit. The cushions are tapered round the edge rather than a square edge so they sit more naturally in the ear and feel super comfy. They are a favourite among the rich and famous and some of its fans include DMC, The Beastie Boys and Tom Hanks.

The small protective hard case that comes with the earphones is really handy to keep them stored in and keep them protected from damage. This hard case comes with the earphones as standard.

These earphones are the best I have ever used without a doubt. I've often found with other earphones that I've used, that when I'm outside on a run I have the music on maximum volume but I can still easily hear outside noise and often try to turn it up further thinking it can't be on its maximum volume. With these however, I don't have this problem any longer and the difference is massive. I can't hear a thing, so much so, I get a little nervous sometimes when I'm running that I can't hear cars coming, etc. The quality of the sound is also excellent and much clearer than the apple ones I had been using previously.
