Newest Review: ... problems. Unless I give birth to triplets or my health suffers massively, I don't think that I will ever personally get my money's worth from this plan. After 2 and a half years I dug out my plan documents and read the small print (after paying approximately £10 per month). I can't claim for contact lense fluid, extra pairs of glasses, dental can't be claimed for unless it is something that has happened as an emergency (i.e. extraction of wisdom teeth wouldn't count). Basically, everything that I thought the plan woiuld help me with, doesn't. This may be health care plans in general, this may not just be AXA.... more

If you are planning to get health insurance then make sure that you read the documents thoroughly before signing. I currently have a "silver" plan with AXA, that I took out about 3 years ago with the idea that it could help to pay those everyday health expenses but also make me get round to those health checks/addressing those niggling problems.
