Disadvantages: do not collect money and then demand full payment from you to pay a claim

Do NOT take out this plan. ESPECIALLY THE PRIVATE PLAN! You get very little back towards the treatment costs. I was told by the adviser that t could be because my dentist is expensive, on futher investigation with other private dentist in my area he is quite reasonable.

Another VERY VERY BAD point of this plan is that they do not collect your Direct Debits. BUT ALSO DO NOT CONTACT YOU UNTIL 7 MONTHS LATER TO ASK TO COLLECT THE FULL 7 MISSED PREMIUMS! EVEN THOUGH YOU HAVE BEEN CALLING THEM EVERY MONTH ON A PREMIUM NUMBER TO ASK THEM TO TAKE YOUR MONEY.

Im suprised thay are still in operation as 3 of my friends who also took out this plan have had the exact same problem. One of them even has a letter stating the policy is not affected by the non collection od direct debits, only to be tolf when trying to claim that she has to pay the full premium to get her claim money.
One highlight is the friendly phone staff who try their hardest to help you but seems they even hit brick walls when it comes to the running of the company.

Needless to say i have now found a company that takes your money but also offers a much better private dental plan.
