Advantages: cash help when your ill

Disadvantages: you can only apply on-line

MumsCover is a new insurance policy especially designed to help mothers of children under the age of 14.
It?s always hard running a home or even being a working parent or single parent and if your anything like me, you?ll soldier on whenever your ill. I?m one of these people who will keep going untill I?m dead on my feet and can?t stand up anymore, then and only then will I go to bed and resign myself to the fact that I?m ill.

I think a lot of mothers and single dads are like this, it?s like we have a built in instinct not to give in to illness.
I always worry incase the house will be untidy or the meals won?t be on time and find it really hard to go to bed to rest. This mumscover is a great idea, it?s there to help you through those hard times, or even (heaven forbid) those hospital time?s.
When my youngest daughter was six months old I had to go into hospital for an operation, luckily there was my partner there to help look after her, I?d hate to think what I would have done if I had been a single parent.
This new mumscover is especially for that.
Help to cover costs of a housekeeper, child-minder and for transport costs for up to six months. You could be entitled to 750 pounds per month, imagine how much that would help run the house and get the children sorted out for school and for being looked after.

To be able to get this cover for mums or for single parent fathers, you have to have a child under the age of 14. You have to be the carer of the child and the child has to live with you. Mumscover is specially designed for people who work less than 16 hours a week who may need support, but there is a Mumscover Plus for full time workers.
It doesn?t matter how many children you have as long as one of them is under 14.
There?s a Customer Service Line on 0870 880 3885 if you want to chat with anyone about mumscover.

You also have to apply for this cover on-line and it will cost you 17.50 per month, you can app
ly via my homepage www.prizesandsurprises.co.uk which you can find on my profile page, if your interested.
Single parents are welcome too.

You can claim mumscover for six months or you can extend the cover for twelve months.
There are details on how to claim, what your entitled to, what type of help you can get paid for, the premiums and exclusions on the web site for mumscover.
They do have a privacy policy so that your details are kept in confidence.

I think this is a great idea and although my children are older than 14, I will be telling my son about this as his children are all under 8 years old and you never know when you may need that extra little bit of help.

This is a nice idea but the premium does look a bit steep. Nice op, my dear :O)

Sounds a good find, but pricey. More background and detail would be useful. Thanks though.
