Adios - after trying a couple of times I'll say adios to this product (Adios Max)

Advantages: cheap and available in most supermarkets

Disadvantages: didn't work for me!

I have tried this product a couple of times when dieting and both times they made no difference to the speed of weight loss. I took the tablets as instructed i think it was before foods but its been a while so read the packet! I have dieted with and without this natural herbal product that is supposed to boost your metabolism. They was no difference in the amount of weight lost on a weekly basis. So be warned it isn't guaranteed to work. however, it is a cheap product so it may be worth buying to try. I suffered from constipation when taking these tablets i'm not 100% sure the tablets were the cause but it happened both times so i am pretty sure. It may just not be suited to me and others may have better luck with it but there are no other reviews here so you may need to look around to get some more feedback on the product. at about £7 i think you get 30 tablets but again I would check this I think it lasted me about a month and i guess it is worth at least giving it a try to see if you have a bit more success. I would like to hear if anyone has had luck with this product. I wouldn't buy it again but it was cheap and natural.
