Advantages: make you get rid of your wind

I bought these "diet pills" because I was after the quick fix!!! I carefully read the instructions on the leaflet and decided I was going to go the whole hog and take 4 a day to start with.Well day one and I took the pills before I had anything to eat,I thought I would feel fuller quicker but no I ate everything infront of me and this was the same day after day.After the second day I got woken up early morning with really bad stomach cramps which is one of the side effects ,it made me feel awful but I carried on through the week and weigh day came ,I felt as though I had lost a little weight but got a shock when I stepped on the scales I had put 3 pounds on!!!!! So in my opinion they do not speed your metabolism up they just give you wind and really bad stomach cramps.I would not recommend these to anyone.

Summary: Don't do what they are supposed to do
