As an over weight women I always looking for that quick fix to loose weight and when I saw the advert for Adios I thought these could be the answer to my prays, so of I went to Sainburys to buy some Adios Max and paid £11.97 for them. I brought the Adios Max as I thought these would make me loose weight quicker than the normal Adios which where cheaper. you meant to get what you pay for.
Adios is the UK's number one selling slimming tablet and is meant to be an effective natural way to help loose weigh.
You are meant to take one tablet with every meal taking up to 4 tablets a day, which a lot of weight to loose I thought I would take the max amount I could take.
Adios Max say to eat a calorie controlled diet and increase exercise. Well I did this as well as taking Adios Max and I did lose weight slowing averaging around a pound a week which is the healthy way to loose weight. As I was taking Adios Max I thought that I would lose weight quicker than this so was not happy paying £11.97 to loose a pound a week.
I stopped taking the tablets and while I was sticking to low calories and exercise I continued to loose weight so for me I wasted £11.97 as the tablets did nothing to speed up my weight loss
Summary: not worth taking if you on calories controled diet and exerising
