Well I did this as well as taking Adios Max and I did lose weight slowing averaging around a pound a week which is the healthy way to loose weight. As I was taking Adios Max I thought that I would lose weight quicker than this so was not happy paying £11.97 to loose a pound a week.

I stopped taking the tablets and while I was sticking to low calories and exercise I continued to loose weight so for me I wasted £11.97 as the tablets did nothing to speed up my weight loss
