Tsk tsk. I definitely wish I'd read the dooyoo reviews of this product before I went out and bought it! Looks like the other ladies have had similarly disappointing experiences with Adios Max...

MY STORY
The TV ads had been wearing me down and when Tescos had them included in a 3for2 deal with some other herbal supplements I was buying I gave in and bought them.

I've lost about 2 stone over the last few months and have just a few more pounds I'd like to lose before I get down to my ideal weight so I thought Adios Max might help. I picked the more expensive 'Max' variety as it was only slightly more expensive and I thought I ought to give it the best chance I could.

I started taking these pills a couple of weeks ago and rather than feeling fuller or less hungry I actually had MORE of an appetite! I think I've actually put ON a little weight since taking these pills. This might be because I have been eating a little bit more but these pills should have me eating LESS anyway. And the food I have been eating has still been very healthy and not that much (usually two healthy meals and snacks).

The pills themselves are small and white - very easy to consume. They are packaged in a neat little container which is nice and a cool shape (might even reuse it once I'm finished) but they make an awful rattle in your bag! You are supposed to take the pills three times a day with meals and as there are 100 pills in the container it should last for just over a month.

So as not to waste my money I plan to continue taking these until I finish the pack but I will certainly not be buying them again. I'm just really hoping that these will not be causing me to put on any more weight and that my metabolism won't slow down once I stop them!
