Like most women out there, i have a lot of body issues and am always looking to lose some weight. I am a complete sucker for all things diet and any products that claim to help you lose weight, i just have to try them. Im sure everybody has seen the Adios advert on tv with the girl dancing down the street in her knickers. "It must be the Adios effect" says the advert.

I disagree however. Instead of the Adios effect, the girl is some highly paid model who probably has her own personal trainer and live in chef! If you think that you will look like that girl just by taking these tablets, dont hold your breath. They are rubbish and in my opinion a complete waste of money.

I took them every day for over a month and they did not have any effect whatsoever on my weight. Ive since spoken to some friends who feel exactly the same as me. I think this product is absolutely useless and only scams vulnerable people in thinking they will lose tons of weight by popping some pills - life doesnt work like that im afraid!

Ive found that the only thing that helps me lose weight is following a healthy eating plan, drinking lots of water and exercising more. Thats all there is to it, it may sound boring but for me its the only thing i have tried that shows consistent weight loss results.

A pack of 100 tablets cost £11.99 in Boots and i think you should save your money and buy an exercise dvd instead! I actually felt quite ill and fainted a few times while taking these - theyre not worth it!
