Advantages: container

Disadvantages: didnt work for me

For those of you who have read a couple of my other reviews, you will know that I have been desperately trying to lose a bit of weight recently and in my desperation thought I would give this product a try.

** The Product **

The product doesn't claim to be a miracle cure they aim to naturally speed up weight loss combined with a calorie controlled diet. The product is in tablet form, where you are required to take one tablet three times a day.

** The packaging **

The product is bought in a bright pink coloured box, the tablets are contained in a handy little container, which has a small flip lid (with breakable seal) giving easy access to the tablets. The front of the container has a pink sticker on it, with the logo and a picture of a measuring tape, it also includes a small amount of information about the tablets etc. The back contains all the useful information, such as instructions for use, ingredients etc, which is useful as the leaflet (which comes inside the box) can be easily lost. Overall it's a handy container, which will fit nicely in a handbag or pocket.

** Does It Work **

Um... No, well not for me anyways, I have been using the product for a few weeks now, and although I didn't expect to be dancing down the street in pink knickers just yet (like the lady in the ad), I don't think it has made the slightest bit of difference. I have heard that some people feel as though they have had a boost in energy when taking the tablets, but I have way too much caffeine anyways so didn't notice any change in my energy levels.

** Important Information **

The main ingredient used with this product is focus dry extract, this product is not suitable for under 16's, during pregnancy/breastfeeding or if you have a thyroid disorder.

** Price and Availability **

I was going to buy this product from Boots, where it retails for approximately £10-£11, I then saw it in Tesco for about £9. As I was sceptical I really didn't want to spend that much money on the product and had a look on ebay and managed to pick it up for approximately £7 (including postage).

** Overall Opinion **

To be honest im a little disappointed, I really wanted this product to work, I am glad I didn't pay that much for them.

To be honest I think it comes down to mentality, if you pay a lot for this product then your going to be more likely to stick to a calorie controlled diet, its likely that your efforts to diet and exercise will be the true reason for any weight loss success.
Overall I would say... don't waste your money, I know its disheartening, but this product only aims to help you, it doesn't guarantee to make you skinny.

I think that if you want to try the product then shop around to ensure that your getting a good price. If buying online make sure that the seal is not broken before you take a tablet.

Summary: dont waste your money
