Advantages: Cheaper than some other dieting pills out there

Disadvantages: Still doesn't have any great effects

Adios claims to speed up your metabolism, and hence weight loss, naturally with the help of a calorie-controlled diet. Active ingredients include butternet, dandelion root, dry extract of Boldo and dry extract of Fucus including inactive ingredients (make sure to read the label to ensure you are able to consume all these ingredients).

I'm 21 and a size 12, I find it difficult to continuously lose weight and get down to a size 10 (my dream size) although I fluctuate between a size 14 and a size 12 quite a lot depending on my exercise and calorie intake. Anyways, I have no problem maintaining a size 12, I just need a little bit of help to get to a size 10 as my own work isn't getting there therefore I tried Adios. I have seen Adios in all of my magazines and saw it on offer in a local pharmacy. After being rather excited I must say that I haven't seen any effects. I continue to exercise (I run 3 miles 4 times a week) and keep count of the calories that I intake, so the only change to my diet is the introduction of this product. I don't feel any fuller after I've taken it and I'm still not a size 10. I've been using this product for 2 months now with no success. It may just be that my body doesn't react very well to the ingredients, but overall it doesn't work for me.

Summary: My body isn't reacting to Adios.
