Advantages: None

Disadvantages: They didn't work, expensive

These tablets didn't do anything for me i'm afraid, and they weren't cheap either. I took them as directed on the reverse of the pack and I didn't see a difference in my weight at all during the two months that I was on them. The tablets contain herbal ingredients that are said to help with weight loss. When you take these tablets you have to follow a healthy diet as they don't do anything to extract fat from food, unlike fat burners. The tablets are small, round and easy to swallow. They have a sugar coating which gives them a pleasant taste. You take them with a glass of water as directed.

The tablets made me feel hungry whilst I was on them, which defeats the object during dieting. They also made me feel a little sick if I took them before going to bed, which I didn't do that much as I dislike eating before bed. The tablets managed to maintain my weight but the whole idea was to LOSE weight and these tablets just didn't do it for me. I would have had better results by NOT taking them as they did increase my appetite. I also experienced fatigue and loss of concentration, which wasn't listed as a side effect. Also, the packaging is bright and attractive which tempts you into buying the product. Unfortunately there wasn't a lot of information about the tablets inside the actual packaging itself.

I paid around £7 for these which is a complete rip off of a price, especially as they DON'T work!!!!
