This is not a good choice for you if you like non-drowsy medicine, Benylin actually contains more of the same active ingrediant than is found in over the counter sleeping pills!

However I love Benylin, I have been using it for coughs since childhood and have always found it effective (but maybe that is because it knocks you out for a few hours).

Definatley not one to use when driving etc, I actually used to fake a cough on Christmas eve to get Benylin from my mum because I was always so excited I could not sleep!

Not unplesant to take, but I have tasted better!
