Disadvantages: the disgusting liquid

Having been on weight watchers and then going on holiday and ignored the diet I needed to lose the weight I put on before my next meeting! I also liked the idea of a detox. I have given up already on day 1. I have the strawberry mix which is absolutely disgusting, I have managed to drink about a litre of it but alas, I cannot go on.

It may do wonders but I've felt really woozy all day!

If you want to lose weight I reccommend weight watchers and if you want to detox, go to a large branded chemist and buy their tablets and take them for a month. Much easier!
