I purchased Bonsal after I had seen the advert in a magazine, I had just had my second child and I was desperate to lose weight. I had tried several other weight loss programmes with no success, after reading the advert I thought that this sounded like the miracle I needed. Unfortunately, and this is a warning to other ladies or gentlemen out there that feel this is a solution for you, these tablets do not work, they do not do what they promise, and when I phoned for a refund, I never got it. Fear of death, restlessness, inability to sleep or eat - that pretty much sums up my experience of slimming pills. I had an incredible fear of death the whole time that I was taking slimming pills, so much so that I was afraid to go to sleep for a great deal of the time and on one fateful night became so obsessed that my father had died in his sleep that I went into his bedroom, grapped him by his pyjama front and slapped him around the face. Being an overweight mother(3 children in 4 years) my body is in great need of an overhaul at present. Exercise at the gym & swimming would help me considerably if I had someone to mind the children on a regular basis- husband works long hours & by the time we've got the children asleep its 9.30pm & we still haven't eaten!
