I started on the Boots NutraSlim diet only a week ago, and I don't think I've particularly stuck to it as well as I could, this is because I have I have come home to stay with my parents for a week and I'm making the most of having things cooked for me. Although I have not weighed myself I can tell that I have lost a little weight as my purple cords aren't too tight any more.
