There is one main reason that people get cosmetic sugery...vanity...! But there is a smaller proprtion of people who get cosmetic surgery for other reasons, sometimes medical reasons...i.e. people born with deformities for example. Id like to think outside the box here. I am sure 100% of anybody wanting to put thereself through such an opperation does it because they are extreamly unhappy of the apperence of there vagina's. The woman who get this done are sick of being rejected because there lips hang too far down. Are tired of bein scared to be intimate. And want to feel sexy and "normal". I know that I am no spring chicken but its not only women in their twenties and thirties who decided to go under the knife. I am a lady of a certain age shall we say.
