Lipobind ... a lot of other women I m not that happy with my weight and would love a quick fix other than the dratted gym which isn t always that easy to get to when you have two kids below school age! I decided on Lipobind as I had seen the TV adverts and then found it on amazon and thought that since when I bought it, it only cost £10 that wasn t too much to lose if it didn t work. Now the basic idea behind the tablets are that you take them after you have eaten and they bind the fat which then gets poo d out- NICE! Slim Fast Summer Strawberry Milkshake Powder ... item costs around 6 pounds and you can get away with using the tin 20 times before it runs out - the premise is that you drink these instead of food and they are low cal, fill you up and give you all your neccessary vitamins and minerals which should result in you losing weight. The scheme advises you have two shakes a day, one low cal meal and some snacks - to me this seems way too much and you dont need to eat all that to feel full - these shakes really do fill you up. Slimfast French Vanilla Milkshake Powder ... use Slim Fast s Milkshakes every day mainly for medicinal reasons. I have IBS along with other medical issues and as such I need to take 9 tablets each morning. As someone who has never eaten breakfast for the first 40 odd years of life I find I now need to line my stomach before taking the medication in order not to suffer further gastric problems in the day.
