If like me you have tried every fad diet under the sun and still had no joy with the weight loss you start to think why bother.. Thats exactly what i did "why bother?" I looked everywhere weight watchers . slimming world , rosemary's GI diet and every other plan going but couldn't seem to stick to a plan or rather the plans bored me.. I don't have the time with a young baby to sit there and weigh this and weigh that to make a meal for the family. I needed a plan that fitted in with family mealtimes..Thats exactly what i found with tesco ediets.. They are great you get the option to join up for a minimum term of 10 weeks which works out to £2.99 ...

I joined eDiets in July 2001 after gaining weight slowly but surely for a couple of years. I had tried many other diets in the past and only once had a real long term success. I truly believe that dieting is a state of mind and that if you are not truly motivated, for your own good reasons and if it is not the right time for you, it just will not happen. Dieting is a long term thing and I have no time for the quick fix "lose 100 lbs in 3 days" type things. When I joined eDiets I was generally fed up with all the weight gained but most importantly I wanted to try for a baby and realised that losing weight was a first good step. I am ashamed to admit that I was lured in by their clever Internet advertising. They told me I could lose that extra 10 pounds in 4 weeks. So I signed up. Shortly thereafter, I logged into the exclusive "members area" and got my meal plans. Basically, you tell them what kinds of dietary restrictions you have and what your nearest supermarket is. Based upon your current weight and goal weight, they give you a calorie intake and base the day's meals around it. They also customise it for you if you like to cook, like ready meals, or a combination. I found the meal plans ridiculous. First of all, I couldn't find most of the things at the ...
