I used the “FigureTrim” for about 3 weeks and it was pretty good when it comes to the fluid retention problems- something that plagues me from time to time- but as far as an appetite suppressant goes I didn’t find that there was any different to any cravings to snack, or how quick I got filled up during a meal. Having said that, getting rid off excess fluid did noticeably shed some excess weight- but only in water.
