Disadvantages: No Chocolate!!!
Ok, So here's where it all begins. I'm just about to complete a 3 day detox (Boots Detox) and I've just bought a copy of Dan Karate's "Hot Pants Workout". The work out video says you can loose a stone in a month, which to me sounds wicked, but as with all workout videos Ive tried I never loose any weight just my breath. So this time me and my friend have teamed up in a pack to loose these annoying extra flab that just won't shift. Our plan is to Eat healthily, thats no chips and all those yummy foods. To go to the Gym at least 3 nights a week for at least 2 hours and to also do our bit with the Workout video. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ I'll let you know what the excercise video is like so that you can get a feel for the sort of work out it is. There are 6 Sections in all. Each one works in a specific area, thighs, bums and tummys. The sections are short roughly 6 - 10 mins each and theyre easy to follow to. the only thing I'll say is that make sure you've plenty of room, theres lots of moving about and you need a bit of rhythm as well. I found when I had this video on I didnt feel like I was working out, more like just learning a few cool moves for the dance floor. Although I may look a dope dancing around saying "To the left 2,3,4 and back 2,3,4"... ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ I will be updating you all on our progress and will have a full review of the work out video ready for you all soon Wish me luck Love Kate
