I have bought this over the last year 3 times.

I was quite wary of certain products which had claims of burning fat, like they were a miracle pill. This is not that. Although you can feel it working, you do get a feeling of heartburn if eaten on a empty stomach. Can leave a funny after taste and due to the size of pills can be hard to swallow for people who have trouble with pills.
I would take this an hour before my work out and the sweat would just pour off, in comparison to the days i didnt take it. Now some people might think this is similar to what happens when you wear a sweat suit, but it is not. A sweat suit just, as it says makes you sweat more, so you really only lose water weight. This actually increase you metabolism, even standing still you can feel its effect. The first time i used it i had to sit down, it is that powerful. One warning is that you must drink alot of water, and keep on eye on how hydrated you are.

I used this with other products such as creatine and protein shakes for just over one month and had lost over 5kg. While this seemed alot more due to an increase of muscle i must of built up during this time. This in contrast to me just using creatine and protein prior to this made a massive difference.

plus when you open the 'grenade' it is so hard to open it will pop open and explode pills everywhere if you arent careful.
