Well, what can I say? I guess I shall give you a brief summary of my past experiences really. I have always been a "big girl" for want of a better phrase and this particular time, I had gotten too big for my own liking. Even at 27 years old, I felt sluggish, was always out of breath and constantly fell asleep in the afternoon during the days I wasn't at work (although I had been tempted to go to sleep at my desk occasionally!) That's not to mention the fact that my clothes were all getting too small/tight aswell. Now, I've tried several other weight loss methods, all of which worked at the time but I felt were not the right ones for me this time ... Read the complete review

I started Herbalife just under two months ago and am really pleased with it. I've lost about 16 pounds so far so its not coming off too quickly which is alright with me. Before I started I felt lazy and lethargic - partially due to carrying too much weight, but also because in my experience the heavier you are, the more difficult it is to get started with an exercise programme. This is pyschological as well as physical. At the beginning - in the first few days - I was feeling hungry by late morning. When going from three conventional meals down to only two shakes plus a meal, I guess it must be inevitable that you feel less full. However, my distributor ... Read the complete review

After being laid up for 5 months following an operation earlier this year, I discovered that I'd put on a little bit of weight. This is what you get for moving back in with your mum, who insists you eat 3 meals a day, with no opportunity to exercise. Once back on my feet I decided to get rid of the weight. Thanks to the op, running (previously my favourite way of burning off the flab) was right out for at least a year. Ditto swimming. I wasn't to keen on joining a gym either, as I'm due to move house and didn't want to spend £40 a month on fees. Anyway, my chiropracter (I'm a mess, aren't I ?) told me about this Herbalife ... Like many others, i have struggled with my weight, up and down by a stone. I have counted calories and points and found myself becoming "obsessed by what i could or couldn't eat! and the weight always crept on again when i went back on anormal eating pattern. So i was delighted to discover herbalife, which allowed me not only o lose a stoneand a half, but 18 months later, I have maintained that weight loss, more important then losing the weight originally. i don't have to faff around watching what i eat and i can all the things i ove. Two nutritious and statisfying shakes and a normal evening meal, lotsof vitamins, herbs and minerals, ... Read the complete review

I attended a herbalife party not because I needed to lose wight, but because I'd heard good reports about the supplementary products. I decided to give the n-r-g tablets a try. They claim these tablets will give you an instant energy boost after 30 minutes of taking them The tablets contain 'natures raw guarana' and some caffeine (although I'm assured this is natural caffeine). The container tells you to take 2 - 4 tablets per day, but I only take one when my energy levels are flagging. There are 60 tablets in a container I have tried a number of energy supplements and they dont work for me. However, I am very pleased with the results ... Read the complete review
