Now this may seem expensive to some people but from my point of view, I was having no breakfast and then spending at least £5-6 per day on lunch and other things to eat. (around £100 per month!) Basically, what you have to do to lose the weight is replace two meals a day with the shakes (these are around 217 calories each) which can be made up with milk (or fruit juice if you prefer) and then have a balanced meal (1/2 plate veg, 1/4 plate lean pro...more

Well, what can I say? I guess I shall give you a brief summary of my past experiences really. I have always been a "big girl" for want of a better phrase and this particular time, I had gotten too big for my own liking. This is what you get for moving back in with your mum, who insists you eat 3 meals a day, with no opportunity to exercise. Once back on my feet I decided to get rid of the weight. Thanks to the op, running (previously my favourite way of burning off the flab) was right out for at least a year. Ditto swimming. I wasn't to keen on joining a gym either, as I'm due to move house and didn't want to spend £40 a month on fees. Anyway, my chiropracter (I'm a mess, aren't I ?) told me about this Herbalife ...
