Herbalife Dietary Programs Reviews

I came to know Herbalife through one of their free facials from a distributer near my home. I loved the facial and saw immediate results, and was very impressed.
I mentioned I did holistics and am a Reiki practitioner and the lady's husband asked if he cam have reiki on a weekly basis, and as I needed to lose roughly 4 stone, he would, in exchange, give me one of the products every week to build up my stock.
I tried the chocolate flavour shake and to be honest was very very impressed with the flavour(going by Slimfast standards), and then the cookies and cream which was yummy. He said to use soya milk to mix them with as it enhances the flavour(even more) and the benefits are there in the milk as well as the shake. I am starting my new health kick this Monday, so fingers crossed!!
