I thought I would take to opportunity to write about flu jabs from a personal perspective, as someone who, for the last few years has had one and as someone who is frequently asked why I do so? update : If you have THAT COUGH that is doing the rounds .........I have reason to believe it is caused by pollution ,because it keeps on coming back ,I am doing some research on it .It is very wide spread my friends in California ,have identical symptoms . Some remedies that help Arsen Alb ,Aconite if it is severe 6x potency ,take only while you have symptoms ,not otherwise.
